Rewards are a way for your organization to offer you benefits outside of what is stated in your contract. Members in the organization can give you kudos after a job well done which gives you a certain amount of points. You can trade in these points for the various benefits.
You can access any rewards available by navigating to Rewards & Recognitions -> Rewards in the navigation bar on the left hand side.
How can you see your rewards?
You can view any claimed rewards by navigating to Rewards & Recognitions -> My rewards in the navigation bar on the left hand side.
