# How to add a new user to the hardware GT time clocks?

To add a new user to the clock within Triblock, first navigate to the settings module. Next, scroll until you see the Timeclock section and click the 'Hardware timeclocks' button.

From there you will be able to see all of the existing clocks.

Select the clock that they need to be added to. It will then show you the page with all of the relevant clock information.

There will be a section that says 'Select staff for: **\[Device Name\]** clock'. Click in the grey space below that. It will allow you to add new employees to the list.

Type in the employees' names and then click the blue 'Update **\[Device Name\]**' button.

Congratulations! The user has now been added to the GT device. You will still need to register their biometrics/face scan before they will be allowed to clock in and out.
