First navigate to the Timeoffs module found in the navigation bar on the lefthand side. It will redirect you to the page below. Click the 'balance adjustments' button.
From there you are able to see all of the previous adjustments made to employees' time-off balance. To create a new adjustment, select the 'create adjustment' button on the righthand side.
This redirects you to the 'create time off balance adjustments' page which has several fields to fill in.
Fields:
- Employee to Adjust: Select the employee that you are making the change to.
- Time Off Type: Select the time-off type (vacation, sick, compassionate, etc.) that you are adjusting the balance for.
- Effective Date: Select the date for these changes to be made for.
- Adjustment Type: Select whether you are adding or subtracting days.
- Amount of Days To Adjust By: Select the number of days you are adding or subtracting.
- Reason For Adjustment: Add the reason you are adjusting the employee's balance.
Once all of the fields are filled in click the 'create adjustment' button and your changes will go live.
