What are company folders? / How to create a company folder?

Company folders allow you to organize documents viewable in Triblock, by similarity. You are able to view company folders in the documents module found in the navigation bar on the left hand side.

You can create a company folder by clicking the create folder button on the right hand side where it will prompt you to fill in the folder name, description, department, visibility, while also being able to add additional users who can view the file.

Fields:

  • Name: The name field will be the name of your folder. (Required)*
  • Description: The description field will be the description of your folder. (Required)*
  • Department: Folders have the option to be a part of a department.
  • Visibility: Folders can be public (accessible to everyone in the organization) and private (accessible to administrators, department members, and select users). (Required)*
  • Select other users that will have access to this file: Limit accessibility to select users.

After filling out the required fields, press the 'create folder' button to start using the newly created folder.
