Company values are used when giving kudos to an employee who has exemplified such values. To create a company value, navigate to the rewards and recognition settings page by clicking settings in the navigation bar on the left hand side, then scrolling down until you see the area on the picture below.
Once on the company values setting page, click the 'create company value' button
Important Note: You can only create up to 12 company values.
This will take you to the create company value page, where there are two fillable fields for you.
Fields:
- Hashtag: The title of the company value as a hashtag. For example, #Leadership or #Dedication.
- Description: A description of the company value.
When you are ready to create the company value, click the 'create value' button and your changes will be made live.
