A position is an individual job opening that you will be hiring for in the company. Positions can be configured with a set of application questions that the applicant will have to fill out when they are applying for the position.
Navigate to the positions module found within the navigation bar when you click 'recruitment'. Then click the create position button.
Here it will navigate you to the page where you will fill in the form and see the preview of how the position will look to the applicants.
There are several fields needed to be filled.
Fields:
- Name: Name of position.
- Description: What is the position? What does it entail?
- Hiring Managers: Employees that you would like to include on the hiring process.
- Employment Type: Is the position full time, part time or contract?
- Salary From: Lower end of salary range.
- Salary To: Higher end of salary range.
- Application Deadline: Time to complete application before the post is archived.
- Position is Internal: Allows only employees who are logged in to Triblock to view and apply for the position.
- Keywords: Words or phrases related to the job listing. Makes it easy to search and filter for this job.
You are also able to add a wide variety of custom questions to the application by clicking the 'add question' button.
Here you have the option for Date, File, Image, Multiple Choice, Number, Paragraph, Short Answer and Yes/No
Edit application form fields.
You are able to change whether or not a particular field is required, optional or turned off. To change this simply click on the desired setting and the field will be updated.
Edit applicant evaluation questions.
You are able to assign questions for the hiring managers to answer as well. They will be able to score the applicants based on these questions.
To add a new question, simply click inside the box with the text 'add a new question' and type your desired question.
Create Position
After you have filled in the above fields, you can create the position by clicking the 'create position' button beneath the edit applicant evaluation questions section.
