To create rewards for the employees to claim, first you need to navigate to the Rewards and Recognitions settings page. You do this by clicking settings in the navigation bar on the left hand side, then scrolling down until you see the area on the picture below.
Click the 'create reward button'. When you are on the create rewards page, there will be several fillable fields for you.
Fields:
- Name: The name of the reward.
- Points Needed: The number of points needed by the employee in order to claim the reward.
- Description: The description of the reward.
- Reward Photo: A photograph of the reward that will be used as its thumbnail.
When these fields have been filled out, you can press the 'create reward' button and your reward will be viewable and claimable by all employees in the organization.
