Work titles serve the purpose of communicating your job description to you and your supervisors. HR and System administrators are allowed to create new work titles. To do this, they must first go to the settings page.
From there, click on the 'view work titles' button. It will take you to the page where you can view and search for all existing work titles. If you want to create a new work title, click the 'create work title' button.
Enter the name of the work title and then click the 'create work title' button.
