An employee folder can be used to organize files that only that particular employee can see. To create an employee folder first navigate to the people's module in the navigation bar to the left hand side.
Next, click on the employee profile and it will take you to their profile / 360 view. And navigate to the documents tab. Alternatively, you can use the search feature in the header to find the employee before navigating to the documents tab.
Afterwards, click the create folder button to begin filling out the necessary fields.
Fields:
- Name: The name field will be the name of your folder. (Required)*
- Description: The description field will be the description of your folder. (Required)*
The department will be set to the department that the employee belongs to and the visibility will be set to private since it is a personal folder.
After you have finished, you can press the 'create folder' button and your folder will then become readily accessible.
