A workflow defines the sequence of approvers for a particular type (timesheets, time offs, pay runs, etc..) This is created directly from the Settings module by a System Administrator.
To remove a workflow, first you need to navigate to the organization settings by clicking on the settings module in the navigation bar. Scroll down until you see the workflow settings as seen in the picture below. Then click the 'view workflows' button.
Clicking this brings you to a page where you can see all existing workflows. When wanting to edit or delete one, simply click on it.
Now you can either edit or delete the workflow and your changes will be made live.
