In terms of time offs, you have several reports to look at:
- Employee Time offs Report
- Employee Time off Balances Report
You are able to view these reports by first navigating to the reports module. It is found in the navigation bar on the left hand side. Once there, scroll until you see the time section. It should look like the example below.
Employee Time offs Report
This report shows the approved time offs of all employees included in the filter. It shows the employee name, work title, department and manager. It also shows the time off type, start date and end date.
You are also able to filter and sort based on different factors. Once you've completed doing so, you are able to save the report to your local device by pressing the 'download' button.
Employee Time off Balances Report
This report shows the time off balance of employees. It includes all leave types and shows a number which corresponds to the remaining balance. Additionally, you are able to view what the balance would have been on a particular day by adjusting the 'As of Date'
You are also able to filter and sort based on different factors. Once you've completed doing so, you are able to save the report to your local device by pressing the 'download' button.
