[Getting Started](https://knowledge.platoalpha.com/triblockhr-ess?hsLang=en#getting-started) # Onboarding in Triblock **Welcome to TriblockHR!** #### If you are a new employee, there are a few important steps you need to take to set up your profile and ensure everything is in order for payroll, time tracking, and company communications. Follow this guide to get started. ### 1. **Check your email** The HR team at your company should have sent you a welcome email to be onboarded into the system.
