# What does Employee give you access to?

The Employee has the most basic view of the platform. Unless a certain setting is enabled, usually employees are not able to edit their profile, or interact with the modules other than by viewing.

The modules that the Employee Role gives you access to are:

- Documents
- Forms
- Pay Slips
- Timeclock History
- Timesheets
- People
- Timeoffs
- Company Directory
- Learning 
    - Browse Courses
    - My Courses
- Rewards & Recognitions 
    - Recognitions
    - Rewards
    - My Rewards
- Reports
- Performance

### Access Specific to Employees

**Reports -** Employees have access to the following reports. Each report (except the organizational chart) only gives them access to information about their subordinates

- **Employees -** Organizational Chart, Employee List, Employee Changes
- **Time -** Employee Timeoffs, Employee Time Off Balances, Employee Hours Clocked
- **Other -** Open Positions
