Access Specific to HR

To-Do List - Only HR administrators have access to creating and assigning to-do lists

Recruitment - HR administrators have access to the positions made and applicants that would have applied. Furthermore they can interact with the hiring process by making comments and by moving applicants from one phase to another.

Learning -  Administrators have access to the learning module and specifically the employee progress. By going to the my courses tab then navigating to the user progress they can view which courses employees are enrolled in.

Rewards - HR administrators have access to view all previously claimed rewards.

Performance - HR administrators have access to view all performance reviews, not just their own.

Surveys - HR administrators are the only ones that can schedule surveys.

Settings - Any settings for the features unique to HR administrators can only be changed be an HR administrator or higher.

Shift Scheduling - Only HR administrators are able to create shift schedules.

Reports - HR administrators have access to the following reports

  • Employees - Organizational Chart, Employee List, Terminated Employees, Employee Count, Employee Shifts, Employee Changes
  • Payroll - Employee Compensation History, NIB C10
  • Time - Employee Timeoffs, Employee Time Off Balances, Employee Hours Clocked
  • Other - Open Positions
