How to activate an employee's profile / How to give employees access?

Upon creating a profile for the employees you should have been able to give them access and send them a welcome email.

However, if it is required that you activate their profile and send the welcome email after creating their email, please follow the steps below.

Navigate to the Employee's Profile

First go to their profile. You can easily do this by typing in their name into the search bar at the top of the screen and clicking on their name.

Once on their profile, click on the blue button with 3 dots underneath their profile picture.

You will see a button called 'Resend Welcome Email'. This will send an email giving them the necessary information to log in.

The last step is to click on the blue button with the gear icon.

This will take you to their settings page, where you will then need to make sure that their role is set to either 'Employee' if they are just a regular employee, or one of the other Roles if they require additional capabilities outside of the regular employee permission.

Note: If their role is set to  'No Access', they will not be able to log in.
